This is the situation whereby you have looked for solution almost everywhere to no avail. It looks as if all hope is gone and deliverance for you is far out of sight.
You sit down wondering what you will do next, especially when you discover that there is no food in the house, your children are sent home for not paying their school fees, and worst still, you don’t have a dime on you to as much as go to work etc.

I don’t know for you but I have been there. Sometimes, you sit back and wonder why you have uncles and aunties who cannot help or are facing severe challenges themselves; you wonder why you have poor friends that cannot help you, you wonder why you are in this situation.

However, I have good news for you because; if you can pray to God at such times, he will always makes a way for you. Most at times, hardship comes to us so that we can reexamine our conscience and look up to God for help. You know that God is a jealous God and even as much as he is not against you using your brains or intellect to strategize; he is not happy when you refuse to involve him in making your decisions and plans.
Surprisingly, God hopes and wishes that you can commit whatever plans, challenges and problems you are facing in life to him. It shows that you realize that he is your creator but sadly, many look up to people instead. Therefore, pray with these verses of Scripture to God for direction and guidance in your life and endeavors so that you will always triumph in the affairs of this life.
Psalms 23:1-3 says, “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.”
Prayer Point: Lord! I recognize your leadership role over my life today. I declare that I am a sheep and you are my shepherd. I therefore, submit my will, my emotions, my thoughts to you and I ask that you take charge over the canvass of my heart as I navigate through life’s endeavors. Lead me to green pastures and places where I will be favored from today henceforth in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
Matthew 6:13 says, “And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.”
Prayer Point: Father! Deliver me from evil today. Do not lead me into temptation as I go about my business. I pray that you will give me the ability to work honestly, act rightly and justly. I will not take by force what belongs to someone else and no one will take what belongs to me in return. I am protected by your power and your glory shines all over me forever and ever in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
Jeremiah 33:3 says, “Call unto me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you know not.”
Prayer Point: My Father, my God! I have discovered from your word that you want and are willing for me to involve you in my plans and challenges. I therefore, commit my plans, purposes, problems into your able hands. Prevail over me and correct every wrong move that I may be planning to make, frustrate every wrong counsel that I have received and cause it to dematerialize in Jesus Name, Amen.
Matthew 6:6 says, “But you, when you pray, enter into your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father which is in secret; and your Father which sees in secret shall reward you openly.”
Prayer Point: Lord! I have refused to trust you totally by committing all my affairs to you. I have gone every where to seek for help except you. I have not recognized that you are with me even in my bed chambers thus, I have been going everywhere to look for solutions to no avail. I ask therefore, that you forgive me and answer this need in my life (mention it) in Jesus mighty and victorious Name, Amen.
Ephesians 3:20-21 says, “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us. Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus through out all ages, world without end. Amen”
Prayer Point: My God! Hitherto, I have sinned by limiting your mighty power to deliver and save. I have been anxious and perturbed; I allowed my problems and circumstances to weigh me down and make me act wrongly. I repent from all my fretting and anxiety as I reaffirm your ability to deliver to the outermost today. Take over my battles of life and give me victory more than I can ever ask in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Beloved, praying to God over any matter or problem is never a waste of time and effort. It is a way of recognizing that God is your father and that you are relying on him for sustenance, direction and guidance. I want you to know that God has never failed anyone who calls upon him for help. However, we must be patient as we expect answers to our prayers from God. Many persons destroy the answers to their prayers by being impatient.
Just as a farmer plants and waits patiently for the harvest. We must also wait patiently on God whenever we have committed our problems to him in prayer. This is what is called faith and remember that without faith, no one can please God.
