Therefore, I make this act of spiritual communion to unite myself to you who are the Living Word of God. In mind and heart, I unite myself to the sacrament of your Body and Blood. In love and hope, I unite myself to my brothers and sisters in the church.

By the power of your Holy Spirit, draw near. Give the consolation of your presence and the gift of your peace. By your holy Cross and Resurrection, restore us to life. Amen.

Traditional Catholic Prayer For Spiritual Communion :

My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.

Remember:

If you’re waiting for the courage to do something you’ve been previously scared about doing, you’ll never do it. So, just do it scared. Even if it sounds crazy to others, do it. What if it makes you uncomfortable? Great, do it. Understand the only tool the enemy can use against you are tools that you give him permission to use. If the enemy can plant fear in your mind he knows it will keep you paralyzed. Don’t be afraid to move when the moment gets too big for you. Realize that the reason why the moment is big is because YOU BELONG IN IT. God put you in that position so that you can see firsthand you’re created to shine in every opportunity given to you. Turn the tables on the things you are afraid to step out and do, and know that God is in control of the outcome. Noah kept building even though it looked crazy. David stepped up when most people wouldn’t. Just think about the greatness that awaits you on the other side of fear. Just do it.
