Healing Prayer For Someone Who Lost A Loved One

Lord Sovereign, I’m exhausted by melancholy. I cry to You because I have no energy for anything other than tears. You pledge to console me, so please do so. I thank You that I know You are with me even in this difficult moment. Assist me in comprehending and grieving this loss. Because Your Word states that death is not the end, I will cling to this truth. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
