Lord Have Mercy Christ Have Mercy Prayer

Thank you, Everlasting Father, for being gracious and forgiving to your people, even if we have rebelled against you. I’ve turned away from you many times to attempt to control my own life. I sinned in thought, speech, and deed, yet your kindness exceeds my transgression. Your love outweighs my rebellion. You’ve told that when I place my confidence in you, my faith would never be tested. Forgive me, Lord, and lead my words, thoughts, and actions today so that I may glorify you. Through the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
