Prayer For Family Protection And Health

Thank you, God. You consider our bodies to be Your sanctuary. You also told us to take care of our health. Assist me in maintaining my health. Remind me that it is against Your will when I carelessly mistreat or abuse my body. Keep me protected from catching or developing diseases or afflictions while I go about my day. Assist me in taking extra steps to avoid major illnesses or injury to my body. Amen.
