Prayer For Healing Of Memories

Lord Jesus, I thank You for repairing every broken connection and erasing every painful memory through Your divine love. (Take away any bad sentiments where there has been bitterness and loneliness. Heal the deep wounds and forget the traumatic experiences. Fill each mate with Your forgiveness, heavenly love, and healing power, Jesus. Thank You Lord for my children. Take away any feelings of failure or guilt I have as a parent. When I punished unwisely or was overly protective of my affection, when words were made in criticism or wrath, I ask that You would heal any damage inflicted. I beg their pardon and forgive them for hurting me. Lord, I appreciate You for being present through those scary moments of accidents, illness, or surgery. I beg you now to remove the terror, dread, and memory of the anguish. Set me free from the trauma I was experiencing. Thank You for being present through difficult times. I thank You for taking my hand and walking with me into the valley, removing my sadness, anguish, and mourning. I thank You for Your pleasure and calm in my life. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for walking back through every second of my life up to this precise moment. Thank You for curing me of all my hurts, worries, painful memories, and guilt, and for releasing me. Thank You for pouring Your love into me. Please assist me in learning to love myself. Please help me to love others. Most importantly, Jesus, enable me to love You as I should. I am grateful to You for bringing me joy. I am grateful to You for granting me tranquility. Thank you so much, Jesus! I appreciate You for reaching deep into the depths of my psyche and purifying me. I am grateful to You for restoring my mind, feelings, and memories. I thank You, Jesus, for making me whole, and I offer You all the glory and honor. AMEN.
