Prayer For Inner Peace And Happiness

Help me, Almighty and All-Powerful Father, to remain calm when I am upset. When I feel encircled by pressure and strife, tell me that I am surrounded by your presence. I don’t need to strike out in rage while you’re around me. Please replace my rage against other people with confidence in your supply and care. May faith in your love replace any resentment I have toward my situation. When I am furious because of missed expectations, tell me that fulfillment can only be found in you. May the Father’s love, the Son’s grace, and the power of the Holy Spirit be with me today. Amen. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
