Prayer for the Strength to Speak

I need You, Lord God, my Father. Lord, my shyness and dread of what others think of me are holding me back. When I should be speaking out, I keep mute. As a result, I feel like I let You down. Help me to have faith in You and to be courageous in speaking what has to be stated. I beg for the strength to not allow people speak over me. Please alleviate my concern that people may loathe me as a result of my statements. Give me the wisdom to communicate the truth in a delicate manner. You are the source of my bravery and courage. Amen.
