We are in a time of economic hardship and the prices of commodities continue to be on a high side. More and more people are becoming homeless as a result of the Fulani Herdsmen and Farmers clashes; the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP’s) camp continues to have people that troop in droves as a result of one crisis or the other.
Hunger and starvation are gradually becoming the order of the day as many persons cant even afford a meal a day. Many families go hungry on a daily basis with no hope for a decent meal the next day. Many are losing their jobs; many are losing their lives as death continues to claim the lives of men and women across the horizon.
Many people are losing their love ones to life problems and the likes. Some persons are now contemplating the need to take up arms and fight for themselves instead of relying on the security agencies to help tackle the issue of insecurity in the land because they are hurt.
In the midst of this turbulence and tempest that is gradually coming upon the landscape. We need wisdom that can only come from God to safely navigate through the circumstances and challenges of life which could be hunger and starvation, killings, kidnapping among several others vices that are life threatening.

Therefore, pray with these verses of Scriptures for God to give you wisdom to safely navigate through the turbulence. The ability to know when to stand, walk or run is a function of the wisdom of God supplied per time. The ability to be at the right place, at the right time is also as a result of the wisdom of God.

Jeremiah 6:16 says, Thus, says the Lord, you stand in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and you shall find rest for your souls. But they said, we will not walk therein.
Prayer Point: Father! I come to you today asking for the good path: the path to victory, abundance, safety in my life, family and endeavours. I refuse any path that will lead me to destruction, to sorrow and grief. I will walk in the path that you have ordained for me no matter the turbulence in the land in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
Psalms 23:1-2 says, The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters.
Prayer Point: Lord! I submit to your leading from today henceforth. I reaffirm that I am your sheep and you are my shepherd to lead me through every situation and circumstance in life. May you lead me to green pastures where there is fruitfulness, protection, security in the midst of a dry, tasty and patched land full of wickedness in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

James 1:5 says, If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that gives to all men liberally, and upbraids not; and it shall be given him.
Prayer Point: My Father and my God! I see the need for wisdom in a time like this. I continue to hear of killings, wars and rumours of war; I lack the capacity to defend myself against the evil that is raging in the land. I therefore, pray today that you grant unto me wisdom to be able to think rightly and act the way you want me to act per time. May I never be found at any place at the wrong time in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
1Kings 5:12 says, And the Lord gave Solomon wisdom, as he promised him: and there was peace between Hiram and Solomon; and they two made a league together.
Prayer Point: Lord! As you gave Solomon wisdom and it brought him peace. May your wisdom that cause one to be in peace with his neighbours locate me so that I will not act rashly, I will not take laws into my hands but I will have a right sense of judgment at all times. Ecclesiastes 9:18 says, Wisdom is better than weapons of war: but one sinner destroys much good.
Prayer Point: Father! In any way that I have contributed to the evil in the land, I repent from all my wrong doing. I refuse to be among the people constituting a nuisance in the land. I will from today seek peace with all men and as I do, I pray that you furnish me with that wisdom that is better than the weapons of war. I will not take laws into my hand and I will have foresight to discern between right and wrong at all times in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

The bible says in Proverbs 4:7 that wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, we should get wisdom and that with all our getting, we should get understanding (paraphrased). I want you to know that in this world, if you don’t have wisdom, you will be at the mercy of others in your job, business, endeavours etc. It is those that have wisdom that know when to speak and when not to say a word. Words are powerful and a mans word can deliver or destroy him thus, it is wisdom that helps you know the choice of words to use per time.
